Working with Lucia was amazing! She was constantly there for me whether it was to listen to any struggles or concerns I had, or to offer me advice on how I should handle a situation. She really got to know me and my family and used that to help us create the perfect sleep plan. After the sleep training, my family is so much happier! We are very thankful to Lucia for all the support and knowledge she shared. Lucia helped us sleep train our 7 months old and after the program he is sleeping through the night, every night. Working with Lucia was wonderful. She is very calm and direct. She provided us with a few different sleep training methods, and we were able to tailor the plans to fit out needs. She is very responsive and checked in morning and night to help us through the process. I think the biggest thing that she provided us with was the confidence to complete the training. Our son was really struggling at night, he was sleeping in our room, and needed to transition out of a swaddle. He is now sleeping in his own room 12-13 hours a night, in a transitional sleep suit. Sometimes we have to wake him up, because he is still sleeping so soundly. We also have no protesting at nap time, he usually takes at least two 1–2-hour naps during the day. It has been great for Otis; we see him growing and happy. I also just feel much more confident with our routine, and as a parent. It makes my evenings not so scary, because I know I can sleep, and so will my baby.

Before our first week was over, Marlowe was an independent sleeper. She is now happy, comfortable and feels safe in her crib. She's confident in her ability to drift off to sleep without being afraid or upset. Our lives have completely changed with Lucia's help - Marlowe's especially. She transformed into a happy, giggly baby whose fussiness melted away once she was getting enough rest.

Lucia and I connected on FB after I posted on my local mom group page looking for helpful sleep tips for my then 7 month old daughter, Maggie. My husband and I were desperate for both sleep and peace as Maggie was not only waking us up all night long, but also was extremely cranky all day due to lack of naps. We were in a vicious overtired cycle and could not get out of it on our own. We also were not comfortable with leaving her to "cry it out" for hours until she fell asleep. I was ready to give up hope when Lucy commented on my post and offered her coaching services and sleep program as a possible solution to our problems.
After a quick consultation call, we were on board and eager to jump right into the program. I admit that I was definitely skeptical at first, but Lucy assured me that her personalized sleep schedule would work in 3 weeks or less. Before the program, not only was Maggie not napping and not sleeping through the night, she had also NEVER gone to sleep on her own when left in the crib. My husband and I had been spending a good hour or so rocking her to sleep before putting her in the crib each time, and if she woke up mid-transfer....we had to start all over again.
After implementing a few changes (and a ton of encouragement from Lucy) I was pleasantly surprised to find that within 2 days, Maggie was not only falling asleep on her own, she was taking longer naps and was also sleeping through the night. I couldn't believe how quickly the program started to help all three of us.

We hired Lucia to help us with sleep training for our four month old. Our daughter was waking up every 3-4 hours every night, and we were also rocking her to sleep for each nap and every night before bed. Even after rocking, she would sometimes wake up as soon as she was placed in her crib and we’d have to start all over again. We were struggling! We signed up for Lucia’s sleep training program, and in two weeks, our daughter was sleeping through the night! Prior to this, she had never fallen asleep on her own, and afterwards we were able to lay her down awake in her crib for naps and bedtime. A life changing experience for the entire family – that’s how we feel about Lucia’s “Dreaming of Lulubies” sleep training program.

Since the day our little Oscar was born, he would wake himself up every three hours, for 10 months straight. We read books, did online research, conferred with professionals and tried numerous guidelines with hope of Oscar sleeping longer. We were told that he was growing, and hungry and we should just continue. But we were exhausted and felt that constant lack of continuous sleep could not be good, neither for us nor the baby.

Lucia is amazing! My husband and I could not be happier that we decided to work with her to sleep train our 4 month old son. Lucia was great in helping us in transitioning our baby from co-sleeping to sleeping independently in her room through the night. I highly recommend Lucia and her services as a sleep consultant! Our 2 year old has struggled with sleep since switching into a toddler bed and since her baby sister was born. Lucia met with us virtually to discuss our goals and worked with us to make a plan for our daughter that would work best with our parenting style and our daughter's personality. Before we met with Lucia our daughter had been stretching out her bedtime routine and also coming into our bed each night. With Lucia's help and guidance we were able to get our daughter to bed more quickly in the evenings and she is sleeping independently in her toddler bed throughout the night! I thought my 6 month old baby would never be able to sleep more than 30 minutes naps. Our day consisted in many many short naps and a tired baby that would fall asleep at any opportunity: in the car, pram, while breastfeeding... I was also very tired, not being able to get anything done with such short naps. But then I met Lucia. She helped us to adjust our baby's schedule and to introduce a few changes to his sleep environment, et voilà, within days he started to sleep some longer naps and we finally had a routine that worked for us. Now he sleeps 1 and a half hour naps on a daily basis! Bedtime also became a much easier and pleasant experience for both of us. After a week he was sleeping independently, no tears involved! I was particularly interested in a gentle approach to sleep train our baby and Lucia created a plan taking into account our preferences and our life style.Lucia is very professional, flexible and approachable. We are so grateful for our time spent working with Lucia. She was warm and a great communicator from the start but the content of what we learned through working with her was life changing. We had been struggling with sleep with our 7 month old for a while. We never really had a sleep schedule or pattern and this mama was TIRED.
